Operated by Creator Collaboration Technologies, Inc., a Delaware corporation ("the Company", "we", "us"). Brand: CollabMeNow.

Postal address: PMB 2274, 3133 Maple Dr., Ste 240, Atlanta, GA 30305, United States.

Contact: support@collabmenow.com for product and early-access questions; legal@collabmenow.com for legal, privacy and rights requests.

1. What these terms cover

These terms apply to the CollabMeNow early-access page at collabmenow.com and to the early-access form on it (together, "the Page"). The Page describes a future product for creator-to-creator collaborations, initially on Instagram. TikTok support is planned for a later phase; it is not available through the current early-access form.

Submitting the form does not create an account, an order, a trial, a reservation, a price lock, a payment obligation, a guaranteed invitation or a guaranteed launch date. No payment is collected on the Page and we do not ask for card details.

2. Accepting these terms

By submitting the early-access form you accept these terms and confirm that you have read the Privacy Notice. We record the version of these terms and of the Privacy Notice that was shown to you, together with the date and time of your submission.

3. Who may apply

To apply you must be at least 18 years old and operate a public Instagram account with at least 5,000 followers.

This stage is open to creators located in the United States. We may extend it to other countries, and we will name them in these terms before we do. Applicants outside the United States are not eligible for this stage. If our review identifies an applicant as located outside the United States, we record the application as not eligible and record that reason. Receiving or verifying an application does not confirm the applicant's location or eligibility.

Every application starts as eligibility pending. Receiving an application is not approval. We may exclude an application that cannot be verified, does not meet those requirements, appears fraudulent or abusive, belongs to someone else, or is otherwise unsuitable for this limited test.

4. The information you give us, and how you must use the Page

The form asks for your email address and your Instagram username. We send a verification code to the email address you enter, so please use an address you can read. After confirming your application, you may add an optional question, request or suggestion. The form does not ask you for a website, and we do not ask for an Instagram password or access token, payment details, private-account content or direct messages.

You must only submit information you are entitled to submit, and you must not impersonate another person. You must not submit unlawful, harmful, deceptive or confidential material.

You must not interfere with the form, evade rate limits, submit credentials or data you are not authorized to use, attempt unauthorized access, or send automated traffic that disrupts the Page.

5. The product concept and the planned plans

The creator profiles, workflow, invitations, collaboration room, plans and prices shown on the Page are illustrative. They do not represent live creator inventory, current activity, an available matching service, or a promise that the final product will contain every feature shown.

Sharing a plan preference is optional. It creates no order, trial, reservation, price lock or payment obligation. Applying for early access does not authorize any present or future charge. Before any paid service becomes available we will provide the applicable payment, cancellation and refund terms, and a paid subscription or purchase will require your explicit authorization for the offer you choose before we charge you.

The intended future product is for reciprocal creator-to-creator work. This stage offers no paid placements, brand campaigns, agency representation, gifts, or payments between creators through the platform.

6. Early-access contact

By submitting the form you ask us to review your request and to contact you about CollabMeNow early access. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time by writing to support@collabmenow.com or legal@collabmenow.com, and we will stop.

7. Intellectual property

The CollabMeNow name, the content of the Page, its visual design and its software are owned by the Company or licensed to it.

You keep any rights you have in the information you submit, and you give us only the permission we need to receive, review, secure and administer your early-access request.

8. Availability and changes

The Page may be unavailable, changed, suspended or withdrawn. We may change the Page or the eligibility process where that is needed for security, for accuracy, or for the purposes of this test.

A material change to who the Page is addressed to, to the information it collects, or to what it promises takes effect only through an updated version of these terms and, where relevant, of the Privacy Notice.

9. Disclaimers

The Page and the product concept are provided for early-access evaluation, "as is" and "as available" to the extent permitted by law.

We do not promise uninterrupted availability, a particular launch date, an eligibility outcome, a collaboration result, audience growth, revenue or any other business outcome.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Company's total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these terms or the Page is limited to direct damages and will not exceed one hundred United States dollars (USD 100).

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability or any right that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including under the consumer protection law of your state of residence.

11. Privacy

The Privacy Notice at collabmenow.com/privacy explains what information the form processes, why we use it, who receives it, how long it is kept, and how to make a request about it.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms, and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or to the Page, are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You and the Company submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the State of Georgia.

This choice of law and forum does not remove any mandatory protection, remedy or jurisdiction that applies to you and cannot be excluded by agreement, including under the consumer protection law of your state of residence.

Before starting a formal claim, you and the Company should first try to resolve the issue by writing to legal@collabmenow.com. This does not prevent either party from seeking urgent relief or from using a right that cannot be waived.

13. General

Severability. If any provision of these terms is held unenforceable, the rest remains in force and the unenforceable provision is applied to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Entire agreement. These terms, together with the Privacy Notice, are the entire agreement between you and the Company about the Page, and replace any earlier version.

No waiver. If we do not enforce a provision, that is not a waiver of it.

Assignment. You may not assign your rights under these terms. We may assign them to an affiliate or to a successor in connection with a reorganization, merger or sale of the business.

Headings. Headings are for convenience and do not affect interpretation.

14. Changes to these terms

When these terms change, we publish the updated version and its effective date. The version shown to you at the moment of your submission is retained with your application record.
